Employee Business Resource Groups
With more than 100,000 team members in 65 countries, we strive to create a supportive environment for all. Our Council of Global Leads fosters company-wide educational, community service and personal enrichment opportunities. The council also supports local Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs), which represent our employees’ diverse interests, backgrounds and experiences.

Robert Williams and Brittney Portes lead the Black Professional Network EBRG that provides events and initiatives that encourage professional career advancement.
Generation Now
Lea Slatter leads the Generation Now EBRG whose goal is to promote the understanding of the roles and contributions of all generations at American Airlines.
Latin Diversity Network
Linda Navarro and Ann Nguyen lead the Latin Diversity Network EBRG that focuses on career development, volunteering and cultural awareness.
Survivors Network
