Employee Business Resource Groups

With more than 100,000 team members in 65 countries, we strive to create a supportive environment for all. Our Council of Global Leads fosters company-wide educational, community service and personal enrichment opportunities. The council also supports local Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs), which represent our employees’ diverse interests, backgrounds and experiences.

PRIDE EBRG (LGBT and Allies)

For the past 20 years, the Human Rights Campaign has given us a perfect rating in the Corporate Equality Index, a nationally recognized benchmark evaluating top workplaces in the U.S. We are committed to creating a supportive and equitable environment for all our employees.
