We're elevating your dining experience as the official airline partner of the James Beard Foundation, a premier culinary organization. Our menus feature dishes designed by a portfolio of elite chefs respected in their craft.
Plus, our First, Business and Premium Economy meals are healthy, delicious and customized to your travel.
Complimentary drinks
Our premium cabins are stocked with a variety of beers, wines and spirits to complement the inflight menu. Each wine we serve goes through a selective process as part of our award-winning wine program.*

Meals to new summer destinations like Nice, Naples or Copenhagen include macadamia-crusted sea bass with citrus cream sauce, quinoa, toasted orzo and haricots verts.
When traveling in our Business cabin from Europe, menu items include chili marinated chicken with mojo verde sauce, sweet potato mash, roasted corn and mini chili or gnocchi duet with plain and beetroot gnocchi, lentil ragout, apple chutney, brown butter, roasted spring onion and sliced green onion.
Enjoy regionally inspired, chef-crafted meals using local ingredients on American and Japan Airlines flights.
